These particular locations are well fitted to our narrative as they are 'real' settings of a typical modern house which reinforces realism for our spectators.
This location to film is ideal to imply the genre of Horror. This is because it is an isolated house with a quiet road with only a couple of other houses. This alone generates an eerie atmosphere for our narratives mood and tones that we want to reveal throughout the plot and events that take place.
